    • MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) – Train like a fighter with a blend of wrestling, striking, and grappling. Led by an active pro MMA coach.

Signing up is quick and easy! Here’s how to get started:

  • A full-size 24ftx24ft boxing ring

  • CrossFit-style rig and free weights

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in fitness training, martial arts, exercise programs, and related activities offered by The Sweat Lab NC LLC involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, disability, or death. These risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others (including instructors, other participants, or staff), the condition of the facilities, or the nature of the activities themselves. I understand these risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heart attack, heat exhaustion, communicable diseases, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks associated with my participation.

2. Health Representation

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities at The Sweat Lab LLC, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Sweat Lab LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, agents, volunteers, and other participants (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.
