Welcome to The Sweat Lab MMA and Fitness, Gibsonville’s premier training facility for martial arts, youth athletics, and strength conditioning. We offer expert-led programs for all ages and skill levels in a high-energy, community-driven environment.
Fitness Training – The Sweat Lab offers Cardio Kickboxing for high-energy calorie burning, HIIT for intense full-body conditioning, Weight Training for strength building, and Stretching for flexibility and recovery.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) – Train like a fighter with a blend of wrestling, striking, and grappling. Led by an active pro MMA coach.
Boxing – Develop real boxing skills, improve conditioning, and build confidence in our full-size boxing ring.
Muay Thai – Learn authentic Thai kickboxing techniques including elbows, knees, and clinch work.

5AM Fight Camp Cardio
Start your day like a fighter. This high-intensity cardio class is built around the same workouts used in fight camp to prepare for competition—mixing HIIT, CrossFit-style circuits, and cardio kickboxing for a full-body burn. All levels are welcome. Just show up, push yourself, and go at your own pace.
Kids Boxing Class
This high-energy class teaches kids the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Your child will learn proper stance, footwork, punches, and defense—all while building confidence, discipline, focus, and physical fitness. We use age-appropriate techniques and drills to keep kids engaged and moving.
Perfect for beginners or young athletes looking to stay active, learn self-control, and have fun. No experience needed—just gloves and a good attitude!
Adult Muay Thai Clinch Class
Take your Muay Thai skills to the next level by mastering the clinch—the close-range battle of control, balance, and devastating strikes. This class focuses on clinch techniques, sweeps, knee strikes, and defensive tactics to sharpen your in-fight grappling and dominance. Perfect for fighters preparing for competition or anyone looking to improve their close-quarters skills.
Prior Muay Thai experience recommended. Come ready to work hard and get gritty.
Adult Boxing Class
Train like a pro with instruction from a USA Boxing Certified Coach at our official USA Boxing Club. This class focuses on developing solid fundamentals—footwork, punches, defense, and ring movement—while building strength, speed, and endurance. Whether you're training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, you’ll get expert coaching in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Kids Muay Thai Class
Known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai teaches powerful striking using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees—along with balance, control, and discipline. In this class, kids learn real Muay Thai fundamentals through age-appropriate drills, pad work, and movement training. We focus on technique, fitness, confidence, and respect—all in a fun, safe, and structured environment.
Perfect for beginners and young martial artists ready to level up. No experience needed—just a willingness to learn and work hard!
Adult Muay Thai
