  2. Bring workout gear: Wear athletic clothes and bring water. We provide gloves for trial boxing or Muay Thai sessions.
  3. Arrive 10 minutes early: We'll give you a quick tour and introduce you to your coach.
  4. Enjoy your first class! Whether it’s fitness, boxing, MMA, or kids’ programs — just show up ready to move.
