Rules:
1. Pre-Registration Required: All participants must be registered in advance. No walk-ins allowed.
2. Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Parents must drop off and pick up their children within the event hours (6:00 PM - 9:30 PM). Late pick-ups may incur a fee.
3. Age Restrictions: This event is for children ages 4-12 only.
4. Behavior Expectations: Children must follow staff instructions and maintain respectful behavior. Disruptive behavior may result in early pick-up.
5. Personal Belongings: Label all personal items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Food and Allergies: Snacks will be provided. Please inform us of any allergies during registration. Outside food is not permitted.
7. Health and Safety: Children must be in good health to participate. Notify staff of any medical conditions or special needs.
8. Attire: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. No jewelry or loose accessories.

I understand these risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heart attack, heat exhaustion, communicable diseases, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks associated with my participation.
