Whether your child plays football, soccer, basketball, or wrestles, this class provides the foundational mechanics needed to dominate the competition.

We move beyond basic drills to focus on biomechanics, explosive power, and reaction time. Our goal is to translate gym effort into game-day results, helping young athletes move with precision and confidence.

What We Cover:

  • Acceleration Mechanics: First-step explosiveness to blow past opponents.

  • Deceleration & Change of Direction: How to stop and cut safely to prevent non-contact injuries.

  • Coordination & Balance: Body control that translates to every sport.

  • Mental Toughness: Building the discipline required to train like a pro.

Kickstart your boxing journey every Monday at The Sweat Lab MMA & Fitness! Our Beginners Boxing Class, led by the experienced and motivating Coach Anthony, is perfect for absolute newcomers—no prior experience required.

Learn proper stance, footwork, basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), defensive techniques, and combo drills in a fun, supportive group setting. Each session builds confidence, improves cardio, torches calories, and teaches real boxing skills while emphasizing safety and technique.

All equipment provided—just bring your energy and a water bottle. Open to adults of all ages and fitness levels. Come sweat, learn, and get hooked on the sweet science!
